Interior Painting
Your home is an asset that should be treated with care, you spend the most time here, and should absolutely be able to show it off. We will guide you through the process of color selection, budgeting, and capture the look you are envisioning.
Paint Selection
We have a strong partnership with a local family owned paint store (Austin Briggs). They supply Benjamin Moore products, which has been long regarded of as one of the leading American Paint manufacturers.
Pressure Washing
Our power washing process includes the use of a special cleaning formula (if needed), and top of the line equipment. Surface materials like dirt, mud, mildew, mold and other contaminates will all be removed during this process. Power Washing can be a a key component of the prep process, or simply a way to refresh a neglected area.
Note on Pressure Washing
It's a dirty job, and you should always make use of a professional for this process. Due to the force of pressure washing, it is very easy to damage the surface of your property or even yourself. Our experts can determine surfaces that are appropriate to make use of power washing.
Exterior Painting
It takes a high quality team and finish to ensure your building will look great for years to come. With decades of experience it has always been our most skilled team focusing on the smallest of details. Caulking to lock out any potential moisture that may be entering. Bare wood sanded, and primed prior to final coat(s). It goes without question that all areas will be protected with drop cloths that are cleaned at the end of every work day.
Commercial Painting
A key part of owning a business, is creating an environment that instills a professional and welcoming atmosphere. Drawing in customers to your restaurant or retail store, impressing a top prospect, or simply eliminating all of the peeling paint and dull colors that will push people right out the door.
Historical Buildings
Zalucki Painting had the opportunity to renovate the historic Fountain House, located in Doylestown, PA. The fountain house was originally built in 1758. Dingy muted browns were covered with a fresh new coat of White & Green to more closely match one of the supporting residents of the building, Starbucks.
